Video: Robbie Keane Scores Twice In LA Galaxy’s First Win But He’s Still Doing That Rubbish Celebration

by Rob Dore | March 19, 2012

After impressing during his loan spell with Aston Villa, manager Alec McLeish wanted to keep Robbie Keane (31) at the club but he was unable to extend his stay in the midlands. Instead he was forced to return to the sunshine of California to play for the LA Galaxy. The Irish striker scored twice in their first win of the season against DC United on Sunday. Which is encouraging to see for Irish fans with Euro 2012 in Ukraine and Poland creeping ever nearer. Robbie appears to be in great shape but he still insists on doing his tumble and arrow-shooting celebration, which is as bizarre as it is rubbish. Maybe some Hollywood pals will offer him some theatrical advice before the summer.
