The boys in green have had their pants down in Poznan but the support in Poland and at home has been second to none.
Trap’s army face Italy on Monday playing for pride and Paddy is helping fans to ramp up the support by sending out the record-breaking Vuvuzela truck onto the streets of Dublin!
Despite the two defeats Irish fans have been world champions at partying hard and Paddy Power hopes the Vuvuzela truck will galvanise fans for one last celebration.
UEFA controversially banned the vuvuzela from stadiums in Poland and the Ukraine during the Euros – following their widespread use at the World Cup in South Africa in 2010 where they were almost universally condemned as “bloody annoying”.
The truck is nine metres long and the trumpet is two metres across making the Paddy Power We Here You vuvuzela the largest one ever constructed. It can generate a deafening 138 decibels of noise which is louder than a jet plane taking off nearby!
The truck will be parked outside the Barge Bar in Dublin for the Ireland v Italy game. It’s time to support the boys in green and #HONKforVICTORY.
