Turkish international Nuri Sahin (23) is officially a Liverpool player.
The exciting play-maker has joined on a season-long loan at Anfield and is the Reds fourth signing of the summer.
It represents quite a coup for Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers as the Real Madrid ace is thought to be one of the up-and-coming prospects on the continent and already commands wages of about £120k a week.
Sahin has had a torrid time of it with injures at the Spanish champions who he joined from Borussia Dortmund for £10m last summer.
And Rodgers will be happy that his Liverpool revolution is still on track as he faces into Sunday’s crucial home game against Premier League champions Manchester City where his side will try to erase last week’s 3-0 loss to WBA from their memory bank.
