Tuesday February 5th
The temperatures have plummeted again across the UK and Ireland but despite the snow causing Sedgefield to be abandoned, there are still two jumps meetings today from Market Rasen and Fairyhouse plus an all-weather card from Southwell for those who like racing on the dirt.
If you fancy a little bit of sunshine in your life you can catch all the racing from South Africa and South America where there’s as much chance of Beyonce performing a concert in between races as there is of snow causing the meeting to be abandoned.
The weather forecast looks as depressing as the prospect of a dinner date with Mark Lawrenson but Paddy Power’s got all the latest racing information to make sure you don’t miss a bit of the action from home or abroad.
Market Rasen: Seven race meeting, the going is soft (heavy in places) 1.30pm-4.30pm
Fairyhouse: Seven race meeting, the going is heavy, 1.25pm-4.25pm
Southwell: Seven race meeting on the all-weather, 1.45pm-4.45pm
Vaal: Eight race meeting, 10.55am-3.05pm
Greyville: Eight race meeting, 3.30pm-7.30pm
La Plata: 10 race meeting, 6.00pm-10.00pm
