Fresh on the back of the horse burger scandal, frozen meal producer Findus have taken their beef lasagnes off the shelves because they were found to contain traces off horse meat. Food officials have revealed that some of the ready meals contained ‘100 per cent’ horse meat and shoppers have been told not to eat them.
Twitter users haven’t been slow out of the gates and have taken a strong hold with some tasty one-liners.

What's the fuss? For years we've been told that Ready Meals contain too much Salt and Shergar. #findus

#Findus website: "using only the best ingredients and a generous pinch of imagination in our recipes." I'd £10 at 5/1 on Imagination at Ayr
