The rain, sleet and snow continues to bounce off the pavements in the UK and Ireland causing racing chaos. Leicester hasn’t survived the elements and is too waterlogged to go ahead but Kelso and Thurles have both bundled through the early inspections. Great news from the lads and ladies working on the courses there.
