Chelsea have announced that they will allow banners into Stamford Bridge for this weekend’s game with West Brom. With Rafael Benitez announcing that he won’t be staying on to sup from the poisoned chalice beyond the end of the season and admitting the club made a “massive mistake” in appointing him, it’s a victory for all of those supporters who spent who spent literally seconds making signs to voice their unhappiness at the Spaniard getting the job.
