If it so suited your ends, like a certain Mr. Morgan, it could be used as evidence of his increasingly untenable role at Old Trafford and an illustration of the lack of passion the player now has for the club. If it didn’t you might just see it as a player being lazy and just not bothering his arse to go over to join in.
Anyway, it turns out it was photoshopped to make it look more dramatic than it really was. There was a valid reason for him not making the trip across the pitch on Saturday evening. The Paddy Power Blog has managed to secure the unadulterated version of that photo and it explains everything. Kind of.
