Remember Carlos Tevez?
He’s that former Manchester United and Manchester City player who was quite handy when he wasn’t throwing hissy fits and spending months of the season playing golf in Argentina.
He’s now in Serie A playing for Italy and over the weekend he scored this little peach to give Juventus a 1-0 win over Torino in the Turin Derby.
It’s a lovely goal. He turns – not quite on a sixpence, more a novelty sized €200,000 a week paycheque and slams the ball past the despairing dive of the keeper.
They call the derby the ‘Derby Della Mole’ – which we’ll presume is Italian for ‘the derby that no-one outside of Turin really cares about’.
Underwhelming derby. Great goal. Take a bow (and two months off to play golf), Carlos.
