Nobody can accuse Alhaji Kamara of not being emotionally invested in football. The 20-year old Sierra Leone international was sent off last night whilst playing for Swedish side IFK Norrköping against SK Orebro.
The game was tied at 2-2 with only 90 seconds of injury-time left to play when he picked up a second yellow for what looked like a fairly minor foul. Then, presumably because he has industrial grade OCD and not being able to finish something he starts blows out his limbic synapses, he ran screaming and shrieking off the pitch and down the tunnel.
Good on you young man, don’t let the conventions of society prevent you from expressing your inner pain publicly and hilariously. We await the next installment.
