One of the benefits of the Christmas period is that somewhere along the line, while you’re devouring a box of Quality Street and flicking around channels on the TV, you’ll stumble across Space Jam. The 1996 classic about Michael Jordan’s adventures with Bugs Bunny and co. as they defeat the Monstars in a basketball game, contains all the high-flying over-dramatic slam dunks your heart desires, all to a belting soundtrack.
16-year-old Michael Porter from Columbia, Missouri, obviously saw Space Jam recently and has channeled his inner-Jordan to produce one of the most spectacular dunks of 2014.
A quick look through the internet suggests Michael Porter is one of the top five players in the class of 2017, is a well worth keeping an eye on in the future if this piece of magic is anything to go by.
