Liverpool take on Bournemouth at Anfield on Monday night and it looks like a certain Liverpool win. At 4/9 there’s as about as point of backing it as there is in Caitlyn Jenner’s penis, but a 30-1 scorecast with Benteke to nab the first goal could be a great way to start the week.
Bournemouth come into the game of the back of a 1-0 loss to Aston Villa in their first game in the top flight, but they were unlucky. They played well, but were undone by cross. Coming up against Benteke, when the ball will be raining in? They could really struggle.
The last time the sides met was last season in the F.A. Cup Liverpool ran out 3-1 winners in the Goldsands Stadium. After such an unconvincing win against Stoke in the first game Brendan Rogers will be looking for a much improved performance from his side on Monday night.
Roberto Firmino will be making his first appearance in front of the Kop. Big things are expected of the 23 year old Brazilian. An 8/5 shout as an anytime goalscorer looks like another solid wager. If he can recreate the form of another Liverpool hero signed from the Bundesliga he’ll be doing well.

Bournemouth can cause Liverpool problems though. Callum Wilson is a very good young striker, Marc Pugh, Harry Arter and Matt Richie all have a habit of getting goals from midfield and Artur Boruc is a solid goalkeeper. If they are to have any chance to come out with anything form the game they will all have to be on top, top form.
If you are a diehard Cherries fan and think they will come away with something a 1-1 draw at 7-1 could be for you or Wilson and a snatch and grab 1-0 at 100/1 might seem rather appealing. But, if I’m being honest that’s as about as likely as Katie Hopkins keeping her mouth shut for more than 20 minutes.
